• Delight our customers front of house by optimising experience,
  handling sales, cleaning and maintaining customer relationships
  amidst food safety.
• Run the engine that is back of house by managing food prep and
  cleaning with speed & accuracy, all whilst maintaining food safety.
• Communicate with your team and maintain a fluid work
  environment.
